when one says "I slept like a baby last night..."
does that mean he/she wakes up every 2-3hrs for milk??? and for some rare cases...a diaper change???

little big girl...
like everyone else...it takes time to adjust ourselves to new surroundings...
since we moved into our in laws for a few weeks the past few days, sofia has a hard time sleeping at night, cos she'll be more interested in playing with us and telling us stories of what she did during the day with her aunt and granma (googoos and gaagaas) when we come home from work.
So...it's kinda hard to get her to sleep on a full stomach like she's used to, she'll wakeup crying her lungs out if she sleeps on an empty stomach...so yesterday we tried a new trick...
daddy played mellow tunes on his guitar, while mommy shoves an EBM bottle into sofia's mouth while sofia's busy concentrating on daddy's tunes.
Mommy&Daddy 2 - Sofia 1 (yes...we're keeping tabs :p) our plan was successful...
...however...mommy won't know what to do when daddy goes offshore...(i think i shot myself in the foot here!! huahahaha) errrr

not a record lah...this due to me having to pump later by 2hrs from my usual +/-6hrs interval (10-11oz) during working hours.
note to nursing moms: pump even though your damn busy, even a bit...just keep it flowing ;)

Sofia's 4th Month
Adalah sangat terkejut selepas IT menggodak my laptop tadi, all of the sudden my IE's language was Mandarin...(IT membetulkan Communicatorku and also authorization for some applications).
Ok here goes...back to the topic...
Last weekend, we brought sofia for her 6in1 jab...and her polio drops <- tak menangis pun! kebal dah la tu...didn't even come down with a fever!
Her weight: 7.2kg (who knew minum susu ibu boleh mendadaks naik camni) -> dr's target by 12month must be at least 9kg...bring it on!
While waiting for Dr.Yap (who was also my youngest brother's paed once upon a time ago...), there was another baby waiting to for her shot...a 6mth young amoi named Marisa (who has a 4 yrs old sister named Audel - cantiknya nama diorg nih). Sofia quickly got into her 'mesra rakyat' attitude...and tego Marisa itu...tetapi Marisa tak menjawab balik (budak ni senyap je) kisah apa Sofia kan...she continued on babbling la sampai dr panggil itu Marisa masuk for her HepB shot.
Marisa's mom shared the same gynae from DEMC...delivered Marisa normal after Audel went thru C-sect, they call this VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarian), she story mory that her 1st gynae insisted on c-sect jugak, so she dumped her old gynae and switched to Dr Zamri...So ternyata gynae kesayanganku itu sangat hot stuff!
Malam ni mommy jaga sofia sorang2 as daddy has to go Pasir Gudang for the night...syok la dia dapat tido sekatil ngan mommy dia...

bumper stickers
as i was driving alone to work this morning...finally...after 2 months of carpooling with ma brother - who apparently made his car disappear into thin air with much disapproval from ma parents (duh!) while grunting about how he manages to consume petrol like he's guzzling down coke by myself (i talk to myself alot in the car...curses and all included)
i drove behind a car with this sticker on it...
"if you can read this, you're about to crash"
errr i read it...so was i about to crash into his rear?
can you read something when you're about to crash? if you could memang you terer lah!! wa caya sama lu! like crashing into someone's car calmly..~~

hiatus?...NOT!
apakah yang telah dilakukan hari ini?
ntah
yesterday was uber busy...march closing...meetings...and managed to slot in my units for qualification what was running in production (telah mendapat pandangan serong seorang planner...CHETT!)...busy ya amat until i had no time to pump the second time around in the evening and I went home with engorged breasts the size of a melon (what melon? i'll leave that to your imagination...), ada perasaan ingin demam juga disebabkan hal tersebut!
sooo...harini...i went to work with hopes 'today shall be greater than yesterday'...ye ke tak jadik..ntah la...
masuk kerja...conf call...ops review till lunch (pump pun lambat...seb baik tak leaking...not so engorged as yesterday - sbb period yang lebat kot)
kunun2 lunch mau merewang ke pyramid untuk mempurchase cardigan yang telah agak lama ku mencari...baru saja jumpa last wiken di forever21...oleh sebab kerana meeting itu habis lewat...terpaksa la aku menangguh plan itu ke lain hari...cardigan...i will get you!
parts yang aku nak qual yesterday still blom habis...200keping pun! machine down...CHETT sia-sia je aku menanggung rasa sakit petang semlm nak kejar machine punya pasal!
